Values are the basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions. Organizations define Core Values such as Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Passion, Courage, Responsibility, Quality, Agility, Collaboration, Diversity etc.
Diversity is all about empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.
Workplaces nowadays have started to embrace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programs to enhance company culture. While many people think diversity is only related to gender, race, and culture, it goes way beyond including disability and socioeconomic status.
The simple meaning of ‘Ethos’ is, the guiding principles of a person, group or of an organization. ‘Ethos’ is a set of beliefs, ideas, etc., about social behavior and relationship of a person or group.

With the pandemic leaving a dent in the job market, the 3,000 crores earmarked for skill development last year has become even more critical. This needs to be taken to execution to ensure stimulus to the relevant industries and job roles that have been severely impacted by COVID.
