Ratna Joshi joins Cipla as Global Head – Talent Management

Pharmaceutical company Cipla has appointed Ratna Joshi as Global Head – Talent Management.

Joshi comes with 16 years of diverse experience as an HR Business Partner and Corporate/COE domains of Learning & Development, Talent Management and Organisation Development across diverse industries with exposure to both domestic and global operations.

Before joining Cipla, Joshi was associated with Mahindra & Mahindra as Head of Learning & Development (DGM) – Mahindra & Mahindra (Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors). She worked at M&M for more than 10 years serving in various roles.

She started her career in 2005 as a Unit HR Business partner at Shoppers Stop before moving to Reliance Retail. She also worked with Tata Motors, Fiat Brands as HR Business Partner for more than three years.

Joshi has done her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Modi Institute of Education & Research and MBA from Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
