There are indoor plants which can be placed inside any kind of space having minimal light and ventilation, they have enormous power as they can absorb many harmful components present in the air and can help in the reduction of temperature as they make the environment cool and calm. The stress of an unpleasant environment can cause you to feel anxious, or sad, or helpless. This in turn elevates your blood pressure, heart rate, and muscle tension and suppresses your immune system.
Plants helps in reduction of stress and anxiety as it reduces both physiological and psychological stress and help people in their creative work. Many workspaces promote plants so as to make there surrounding look more calmer
and stress free. Green balances our energies and may be used to develop our sensitivity and compassion for others. Caring for plants is also a form of mindfulness that connects us to nature. Being in close proximity to nature has
numerous health benefits. Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety.
