CASAGRAND announces free vaccination to all its employees, their immediate family members and construction workers

~Announces to bear educational expenses and offer career and monetary support to their grieving employees’ families~

Placing employee’s safety and wellbeing as the top most priority, South India’s leading real estate developer CASAGRAND, announced a slew of measures for its employees namely free vaccination cover for all its employees and their dependents across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore and construction workers across their sites. In addition to extending the vaccination cover to the dependent family members, the company announced that CASAGRAND will take complete care of the employee’s family in case of any unfortunate event.

Standing strongly as a moral pillar of support in case of unforeseen circumstances with the grieving family of their employees, the company had reiterated that it will take care of the employee’s children and their educational expenses up to their graduation in India. Furthermore, the company also has promised to offer all the requisite assistance to the family in terms of job and monetary needs.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of CASAGRAND said “Employees and labourers are our core strength, so I believe it is our fundamental responsibility to support them during this difficult time in every possible way and getting all of them and their loved ones (immediate family member of our employees) vaccinated is a significant step. We have already started the process and we are hopeful that within two months all of our employees and labourers will be vaccinated. Besides, we have also renewed our health insurance policy, partnered with prominent health institutes for providing the best medical care to our employees, and taken the decision to support our employees’ families in case of any unfortunate event.”

Offering its employees and workers the opportunity to get inoculated, CASAGRAND has partnered with health care centres like SRM Institutes for Medical Science and other prominent health care facilities across the cities aimed at providing seamless and safe inoculation. The company has also renewed its commitment by offering various support services like Rs.9 lakh plus health insurance cover for its employees and their immediate family members across all its verticals, emergency assistance support, home-based testing and collection of samples etc.

In addition to this, CASAGRAND also partnered with leading medical institutions across cities to offer hassle free emergency care for its employees. These proactive efforts by CASAGRAND have paid rich dividends with regards to the coordination and support extended to their employees in managing various crisis during this phase.
