In the last decade, technology had significant impact on human resources by making processes efficient and information accessible in entire employment life cycle from hiring till exit. With rise of high technology such artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Block chain etc. transformative impact on productivity is going to happen. It will provide stakeholders insightful action and facilitate a better employee experience. We are still scratching the surface as new technologies will take a few years to mature. With wider adoption, transactional work will be done by machines leaving HR to focus on strategic requirements.
