Human Resources encompasses all things relating to the recruitment, support and training of employees within a business. With little time and resources, it can be easy to put off HR responsibilities but if you ignore the HR basics in the very beginning, your business may be negatively affected. Nurturing your employees is equivalent to nurturing your business.
Whilst Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) has developed into a discrete HR discipline, they should not be managed as a standalone agenda. To make sustainable progress towards becoming a diverse and inclusive organisation, D&I needs to be integrated into every core people process. One of the core processes is Talent Acquisition.
Recruiting senior-level employees requires you to step up your game and work at a more advanced level than any other type of hiring. The pool of candidates for these executive and management positions is much smaller and demands a more hands-on approach.
