Puretech Digital strengthens its HR operations, appoints Abhijeet Patil to lead and manage employee wellbeing initiatives

Puretech Digital, the award award-winning, full-service digital agency based out of Mumbai has appointed Abhijeet Patil, as Associate Vice President – HR & Business. This step is taken to further strengthen the agency’s long-term vision and its approach toward holistic growth.

Abhijeet who holds more than 14 years of experience will head the Human Resources function at Puretech Digital. He has played an instrumental role in spearheading end-to-end Talent Development processes, Culture Building, setting up effective HR systems, and bolstering Employer Branding and People Analytics, in his earlier positions.

His contribution, in his earlier stints, has been pivotal towards championing workplace wellness and winning “Above & Beyond Awards” at work. Prior to joining Puretech Digital, he was associated with reputed companies and agencies like The Minimalist, Dentsu International India, and Prime Focus Ltd. to name a few.
