Raman ShuklaAt The People Management, we actively track individuals and initiatives that are contributing to the evolution of the HR ecosystem across India. In this process, we observed Indore HR Circle (IHRC) as a fast-emerging & leading HR community from Madhya Pradesh that has demonstrated strong growth, engagement, and relevance within a short period of time.

Indore HR Circle (IHRC) is founded and initiated by Mr. Raman Shukla, an emerging HR professional currently working with Dollop Infotech, an IT services organisation based in Indore. With hands-on experience in people operations and a deep understanding of grassroots HR challenges, Raman envisioned & founded INDORE HR CIRCLE as a collaborative platform where HR professionals could move beyond transactional interactions and engage in meaningful knowledge exchange.

Under his leadership, IHRC has grown into a community that focuses on practical HR discussions, peer learning, and ecosystem building. The initiative has attracted HR professionals from diverse sectors and experience levels, supported by a core team that actively contributes to discussions, initiatives, and sustained community engagement.

He connects with HR professionals through structured professional networking events as well as relaxed, casual meetups, fostering engagement and balance beyond day-to-day corporate work.

Sharing his perspective on the journey, Raman Shukla noted:

“The idea behind Indore HR Circle IHRC was never about building a large network for visibility alone.
