PGDM students at NDIM celebrated its 28th Convocation with Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, as the Chief Guest

Dinesh K. TripathiThe New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) recently celebrated its 28th Convocation on March 13, 2026, for its 508 PGDM students, with Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, as the Chief Guest. He conferred PGDM degrees on the graduating batch, which achieved 100% placement.

The event commenced with an academic procession, followed by the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by the Chief Guest, Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi. The Chairman of NDIM warmly welcomed all the corporate guests, the Chief Guest, Media community and the NDIM team present on the occasion.

Chief Guest Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, in his convocation address congratulated the students and paid tribute to V. M. Bansal, Chairman of New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), for his remarkable contribution to the field of education. He also appreciated NDIM as the first and only Mentor B-School on the occasion of its 28th convocation.

In his address, Shri Tripathi emphasized three interconnected shifts – global transformation, personal transformation, and organizational transformation. He further added that the essence of any industry lies in its people, and no technology can replace the human element. He advised the students to have a clear vision and to embrace continuous learning.
