Revathy, a distinguished 2012 Batch ICAS officer, as its new Executive Director, effective 1st August, 2024. Revathy brings over 11 years of expertise in public finance, having served in key roles across various ministries, including the Ministry of Power, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Her notable positions as Director Finance at CPWD and Niti Aayog underscore her deep financial acumen and strategic vision. At Labourhome, Ms. Revathy will leverage her extensive experience to enhance the organization’s finance function and drive impactful community programs, particularly those aimed at improving the lives of migrant construction workers.

Driven by a passion for community service and a desire to make a meaningful difference, Ms. Revathy was inspired by Labourhome’s mission and its role in improving worker conditions.
