IIM Kozhikode, TimesPro launch Strategic Management Programme for CXOs
The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), in collaboration with TimesPro has launched a Strategic Management Programme for CXOs. This programme is specifically designed to equip CXOs and Senior-Level Executives with the strategic knowledge and leadership skills essential to excel in today’s dynamic business landscape.
The Strategic Management Programme for CXOs is a 10-month programme that aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process and cultivate competencies necessary for spearheading large-scale organisational transformations.
It empowers them with strategic foresight, analytical tools, and leadership skills that are essential to effectively navigate the complexities of today’s business landscape. The programme helps CXOs gain a deeper understanding of strategic management principles and practices that enable them to analyse complex business problems, develop strategic initiatives, and implement them effectively. Furthermore, the programme focuses on strategic leadership, enabling participants to develop the necessary leadership skills that are essential for driving organisational success.

Learners will be exposed to various modules such as Strategic thinking, Business planning and risk management, Data science and analytics, Profit Planning and Corporate Finance, Digital Transformation, Corporate Leadership and Accountability, among others. It also includes a campus immersion module of three days each and alumni status for the learners.
