The COVID-19 pandemic has brought CSR to the forefront. Corporates Inc. have risen to the challenge and augmented the government’s efforts by re-orienting their CSR strategies. During these times, CSR has attained a new level of providing effective aid to various stakeholders in the process of achieving sustainable development.

Women in villages across various parts of our country- some are fortunate to move out  & interact with outsiders, to learn and grow. But a large women population  remain inhibited; tied down with societal mores, family norms and self conditioned walls; restricting them from various opportunities to earn for their livelihood.

It is important for corporations to identify what they truly stand for and how they can play a role in contributing to the sustainable development goals (SDGs).

The employees (People) drive a corporation’s objectives and understand the ‘Who’ and ‘What’ of markets that make a product sell or be rejected.

Corporate Social Responsibility is not about cheque book charity, it is about collective responsibility of all the businesses to work collaboratively with all the stakeholders including employees for betterment of the communities

CSR is a culture. It’s not just a function that has to be complied with.  We at Jakson incorporate Corporate Responsibility be it social, community or environmental right at the induction phase.

Every successful Corporate Social Responsibility program needs to be intertwined in the corporation’s strategy.
