The convergence of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics has necessitated the creation of a workforce that is not only technologically competent but also responsive to changing industry needs. As HR leaders, the emphasis must be on preparing employees with the skills they need to succeed in this fast-paced world.

Pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain activities are being reshaped through the implementation of AI-powered analytics, predictive maintenance, and RPA.
