Judge India Solutions Marks 10 Years in India, Celebrates Journey from 17 Employees to 500-Member Team
Judge India Solutions, part of The Judge Group, has completed 10 years in India, marking a decade of growth from a 17-member team in Noida to a 500-member organisation with offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad supporting a growing portfolio of IT, Learning and Talent solutions.
The milestone was commemorated through Utsav 2026, the organization’s 10th anniversary celebration, held on September 19 at Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Greater Noida. Bringing together employees, leadership, customers and partners, the celebration reflected on the people, milestones, and experiences that have shaped Judge India Solutions’ journey over the past decade.
A key highlight of the evening was the presence of senior leadership from The Judge Group, including Martin E. Judge, III, Chief Executive Officer; Brian T. Anderson, President; Abhishek Agarwal, President, Judge India Solutions & Global Delivery, and Thomas Becker, Executive Vice President, Recruiting and Delivery, and ESG Chair Emeritus.
Reflecting on the organization’s decade-long journey, Abhishek Agarwal, President – Judge India Solutions & Global Delivery, The Judge Group, said, “Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of Judge India Solutions. What a wonderful 10 years! I would say it has been a classic journey and a truly rewarding one. I still remember that we started with 17 people back on September 8, 2016, and today, we are a family of 500 people. That, in itself, tells the story of an incredible journey. Judge India Solutions began operations in India in 2016. Over the last decade, the organisation has expanded its technology and delivery capabilities across Hardware Design and Engineering Solutions, ServiceNow, SAP, AI-ML-RPA, Cloud, Technology, Learning, e-governance, Talent Solutions, and Global Managed Services.

While the anniversary marked a business milestone, Utsav 2026 placed the organisation’s people and culture at the centre of the celebration.
Employee recognition was a major part of the evening, with awards presented to recognise individuals for their contributions, achievements, dedication, and impact. The celebration also brought employees and leadership together through interactions, entertainment, and activities designed around the organisation’s 10-year journey.
The “Casino Royale” theme shaped the evening, with themed décor, food and beverages, entertainment and performances. Employees also participated in a Trivia Showdown featuring questions about Judge India Solutions’ decade-long journey.
The celebrations included a lucky draw, with a holiday for two to Sri Lanka as the first prize, adding to the evening’s engagement and festivities.

Utsav 2026 served as an opportunity for Judge India Solutions to look back at the organisation’s evolution while recognising the collective contribution behind its growth.
