Prudent Insurance Brokers Appoints Ms. Manvinder Kaur as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer
Prudent Insurance Brokers, India’s leading composite insurance broker, has appointed Ms. Manvinder Kaur as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (Deputy CHRO). In her new role, Ms. Kaur will be responsible for shaping the people strategy at Prudent Insurance Brokers and playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s continued growth journey.
With over two decades of experience across diverse industries, Ms. Kaur brings expertise in strategic HR leadership, performance management, organisational development, and talent management. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive high-performance cultures, spearhead leadership development initiatives, and lead transformational change in organisations.

Prior to joining Prudent, she was associated with ICICI Lombard General Insurance for nearly seven years, where she led Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) interventions. Her earlier career spans over 14 years across multiple sectors, further enriching her cross-industry perspective. She holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
